Currently an Enterprise Architect for The Hanover Insurance Group, John Rossi is responsible for overseeing of Hanover‘s long term information management strategy. He has more than 36 years experience in Information Technology, all within the Life, Disability, and Property and Casualty Insurance areas. Mr. Rossi has spent the last 20 years designing and developing large scale operational and analytical data stores on multiple technology platforms, and has deep expertise in data modeling, data architecture, data integration, and the development of data management standards and best practices.He is currently in the midst of moving his organization towards a data-driven culture, through the implementation of a multi-year, multi-phased EIM Strategy that he has developed. He is also spearheading the development of a Canonical Message Model for SOA based on the ACORD P&C standard.Mr. Rossi is a member of the IAIDQ, and has served on several industry standards organizations.

Inderjeet Singh is VP and General Manager at TIBCO Software Inc, where he has overall responsibility for the Emerging Technologies business unit. Prior to TIBCO, he was Director, Product Management at Velosel, a Master Data Management startup, acquired by TIBCO in 2005. Mr. Singh held senior technical leadership positions at Syncsort Inc. early in his career.
