Susan Cypra leads Archstone Consulting's Post-Merger-Integration practice. She has supported numerous merger integration projects across a variety of industries, including life sciences, consumer packaged goods and manufacturing. Types of merger activity on which she has worked include small acquisitions, mergers of equals and divestitures.

Maureen Pich� is a principal in Archstone Consulting's Operations practice. Throughout her 22-year career, she has led many merger integration programs both as a consultant and industry executive. She has worked with utilities, consumer pack aged goods and manufacturing enterprises. Her experience ranges from target selection, evaluation and due diligence through post-merger integration execution.

Alex Gorelik is the chief executive officer at Waterline Data, a data governance firm. Prior to Waterline Data, Gorelik served as general manager of Informatica’s Data Quality Business Unit. He joined Informatica from IBM, where he was an IBM distinguished engineer for the information integration team. IBM acquired Alex’s second startup, Exeros, where he was founder, CTO and vice president of engineering.

Fran�ois Bourdoncle is co-founder, president and chief executive officer of Exalead S.A. In 2000, he co-founded Exalead with the goal of revolutionizing the search engine software market by providing users with a unified technology platform to access information in the enterprise. Prior to Exalead, Bourdoncle was a researcher at both Digital Paris Research Laboratory and Digital Systems Research Center. Bourdoncle developed Jazz, a programming language designed for synchronous digital circuits, as well as Exascript, an object-oriented XML programming language based on Java technology.
