Doug Brown currently leads the Mobile Strategy and Product team at FIS where he is responsible for the development and delivery of industry leading mobile banking, payments and commerce capabilities for FIS clients. Prior to FIS, Brown was the SVP Mobile Apps and Mobile Strategy at Bank of America (BofA), where he led the successful launch of the bank�s industry leading Mobile Banking product suite while driving its Mobile Commerce strategy. Under his leadership, Bank of America grew to 5 million mobile banking customers moving $12 billion annually in fund transfers and bill payment. The product garnered numerous industry analyst accolades and technology awards. Brown has an extensive background in marketing and technology strategy in the financial services, software and telecommunications industries.�

Congressman John Delaney was elected in 2012 to serve Maryland�s Sixth District, which encompasses portions of the Washington D.C. suburbs of Montgomery and Frederick Counties and all of Washington, Allegany, and Garrett Counties. Delaney is the only former CEO of a publicly traded company serving in the House of Representatives, having done that twice, and brings to Washington an extensive experience as a successful entrepreneur and as a private sector and non-profit leader.As the son of a union electrician, John grew up in a blue collar household. Scholarships from his father�s union (IBEW Local 164), the American Legion, VFW, and the Lion�s Club, allowed John to attend college. John�s companies were both founded in Maryland, CapitalSource, which Delaney launched in 2000 and became a public company in 2003, lent money to thousands of small businesses around the country and has been recognized by the Treasury Department for lending to disadvantaged communities while also receiving numerous awards as one of the best places to work in the Washington D.C. region. John is Chairman Emeritus of CapitalSource. Prior to CapitalSource, he founded HealthCare Financial Partners, a successful company that was started in 1993 and became a public company in 1996.�John and his wife April-McClain Delaney have made community service a priority, especially in the field of education, the provision of core services, and issues effecting children. They are generous supporters of the public interest law initiatives at Georgetown University Law Center, where they endowed the Delaney Family Professorship in Public Interest Law and have funded significant scholarships for student�s interest in public service. John is a member of the Board of Directors of Georgetown University and the National Symphony Orchestra, was the past Chairman of the Board at St. Patrick�s Episcopal Day School and was a past member of the Board of Directors for the International Center for Research on Women.��April is an attorney and an education and children�s advocate in the non-profit sector. April currently serves as the Washington Director for Common Sense Media, a non-profit dedicated to educating families on social media, technology, and digital literacy. The Delaneys are members of the Little Flower Catholic Church in Bethesda, Maryland, and have been longtime supporters of Catholic Charities. John and April have four daughters and live in Montgomery County. �Congressman Delaney�s primary focus in office is to restore our nation�s economic competitiveness so that we can have a strong middle class, raise our standard of living, and expand the number of good jobs available to Americans. In 2011, Delaney founded Blueprint Maryland, a non-profit dedicated to invigorating Maryland�s private sector. Blueprint Maryland gathered businesspeople, educators, labor representatives, and policy experts together to chart a way towards a high-tech, high-information, economy.

Whurley�s career has spanned over 20 years working for some of the most innovative companies on the planet including Apple Computer and IBM. He has received numerous awards and recognitions including an Apple Design Award, being named an IBM Master Inventor, and being awarded the 2012 International Genius Grant from the City of Amsterdam. In 2013 he was one of 100 innovators on British Airways inaugural UnGrounded flight where he and his team founded the AdvisHer initiative to advise, advocate, and accelerate Women in STEM (Science Technology, Engineering, and Math); an effort that was recognized by the United Nations at the 39th G8 innovation summit. Whurley is a published author and frequent public speaker focusing his personal efforts on innovation and diversity.

Tony Hadley is Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy for the Experian Group of companies. He leads the regulatory agenda relating to consumer reporting, financial markets, direct marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and privacy for 15 years.� He advises the Experian Global Risk Management Council on such activities in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.Tony represents Experian before a number of trade groups and alliances.� These include the Direct Marketing Association's (DMA), the Consumer Data Industry Association, the Internet Advertising Bureau, the Internet Alliance, the US Chamber of Commerce, the American Financial Services Association, the Consumer Bankers Association, and the US Chamber of Commerce.� Tony is Chairman of the National Business Coalition on E-commerce and Privacy.��

Elizabeth Khalil is a partner at Dykema Gossett PLLC in Chicago and Washington, DC.� She focuses her practice on all aspects of regulatory compliance for financial institutions, including privacy and data security and emerging payment systems. She formerly held senior attorney and compliance positions at the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).� At the FDIC, she chaired the interagency team that produced the FFIEC’s Social Media: Consumer Compliance Risk Management Guidance.� She also served as a senior associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP (formerly Hogan & Hartson), where she led the team that produced the original PLI Financial Institutions Answer Book.She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, American Bankruptcy Institute, and Federal Communications Bar Association. She graduated from Georgetown University and the University of Michigan Law School.
