Ms. Tank is also a member of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section and the Committee on the Law of Commerce in Cyberspace, a member of the Electronic Transactions Association’s Mobile Payments Committee, and is on the xDTM Standard Board of Governors.Prior to joining BuckleySandler, Ms. Tank was a partner with Goodwin Procter LLP. Before entering private practice, she was counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Banking and Financial Services.�

    CRAIG PATERSON has been Vice President Business Process Outsourcing Management since August 2012. He is responsible for developing the compliance processes for third party vendors for the credit and servicing areas of the business. Previously, he served as Vice President Loss Recovery from 2005 to 2012; Vice President Funding from 2004 to 2005; Vice President Collections from 2001 to 2004; and, Assistant Vice President Collections from 2000 to 2001. Prior to joining GM Financial, Craig had 16 years of experience with other auto finance companies. Craig is a member of ACA International and the Debt Buyers Association (DBA) and served as a panelist at the Collection and Recovery Symposium. He earned his Bachelor of Administration in General Business from Bowling Green State University.

Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2011, Ankush worked in corporate strategy at Dun & Bradstreet and as a senior consultant with GenPact.� Ankush holds a MBA from Duke University�s Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

    Garry Reeder is a Partner and Head of the Advisory Practice at Fenway Summer.Prior to joining Fenway Summer in June 2013, Garry served as the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). He was a member of the original team at the United States Treasury Department charged with staffing the agency and setting its strategic, operational and policy priorities. As a Senior Advisor, he was directly involved with the creation and establishment of the Research, Markets & Regulations division and the Office of the Director and Deputy Director. Before joining the CFPB, Garry was a member of the Auto Team at the Treasury Department helping manage the government�s auto industry investments � including the $23 billion IPO of General Motors.� He also served on the senior staff committee of the Financial Stability Oversight Council, and as the deputy to an FDIC Director.Prior to entering public service, Garry spent a decade in the investment management business � at Ziff Brothers Investments covering financial institutions and at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. covering the media industry. His financial institutions coverage focused on consumer finance companies, domestic banks and brokers, for-profit education and emerging market depositories.
