Ray Sturm is the Co-Founder and CEO of AlphaFlow, which helps investors build and manage real estate portfolios across the real estate crowdfunding industry. Prior to launching AlphaFlow, he co-founded RealtyShares where he led financial analysis and investor relations. His early career in finance included investment banking at Bear Stearns, restructuring at Lazard Fr�res and private equity at CCMP Capital. Ray has a BBA-Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a JD/MBA from the University of Chicago.�

Edward J. Achtner (EJ) joined Bank of America in 2002.� In April 2016, he became the Digital Banking Executive.� He oversees all digital activities including strategy, products, innovation, partnerships and platforms.� Prior to that, he was Bank of America’s Financial Center Regional Sales Executive for San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and the North Bay as well the national chair of the company’s Regional Sales & Operations Council.� He was responsible for comprehensive revenue generation, partnerships, client experience, and risk mitigation and digital platform integration (field-test, feedback, and adoption) in the Bank’s Financial Centers and his team is closely integrated with the company’s Digital Banking and Technology and Operations teams, as well as the Stanford Design School (d.school), to design and deploy the company’s digital strategies.EJ is also very engaged in Bank of America’s community engagement.� Through his representation of the Consumer Bank on Bank of America’s Market President teams located in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and the North Bay he supports the company’s local philanthropic and volunteer efforts.� Additionally, he works with his peers to foster coordinated business integration activities across all lines of business in order to deliver one company to our customers, leading the entire nation in 2015.� He also served on other Executive Leadership positions such as the East Bay Economic Development Alliance and the California Banking Association’s Residential Lending Committee, with past participation on the Executive Board of the Maryland Academy of Sciences.EJ received his Juris Doctorate (JD) and graduated from the Washington College of Law (American University) and substantially completed his course work for a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the Kogod School of Business (American University) due to working on two startup ventures.� For his undergraduate degree, he received a degree in International Business and Russian Area Studies at Union College.He resides in the North Bay with his wife Ilse and their four children.� He has also participated on Bank of America’s2014/2015 AIDS/Lifecycle team, riding from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and leading all corporate teams having raised over $300,000 for HIV/AIDS research.

Jon Riber is a Senior Vice President for DBRS and has managed the company's student loan ABS team since 2011. �Over the past few years, Jon has rated the majority of student loan asset-backed securities (ABS) transactions brought to the capital markets, including all of the transactions issued by student loan refinance lenders in the fintech space. �Jon also rates several warehouse lending facilities provided by investment banks in the sector. Jon has developed and maintains the DBRS methodologies and criteria for the rating of federally funded and private student loan securitizations. �Jon acts as a voting member on the DBRS Rating Committee which approves rating actions for all consumer ABS transactions. From 2003 to 2010, Jon was a Vice President within Citigroup Global Markets’ RMBS investment banking group where he focused on the origination and securitization of all types of mortgage related assets. From 2000 to 2003, Jon worked in the ABS investment banking �group at Wachovia Securities where he managed the structuring and securitization of ABS transactions.� From 1997 to 2000, Jon worked in the investment banking group at Prudential Securities focusing on ABS and RMBS deals. �Jon hold a BS from UMASS, Amherst and an MBA from Bentley University.�

Vincent Basulto is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department.� Mr. Basulto has a wide range of transactional and regulatory experience representing both dealer and buy-side clients in structured finance, debt transactions, marketplace lending, derivatives and other transactions involving complex financial products. ��Drawing on his 15 years of in-house experience at a leading investment bank and a global banking firm, he brings a deep understanding and first-hand knowledge of our clients’ needs and concerns to his practice.�Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Basulto was managing director of the credit markets division at Macquarie Group, where he also served as general counsel for one of the investment bank’s investment advisers.� Mr. Basulto was previously a senior vice president in the office of the general counsel at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for fixed income credit products.�Mr. Basulto is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association, where he serves on the Structured Finance Committee. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice in New York State.

Within bulge-bracket banks such as Salomon Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, he led and managed global institutional sales/trading, research publishing and distribution, electronic trading, and commission recapture initiatives.�As an entrepreneur, he founded and led companies in blockchain and digital currencies, peer-to-peer marketplaces and market networks for counterparty due diligence and compliance. As a strategic advisor and consultant, he has advised multi-billion-dollar asset management organizations and global data vendors on application, market and platform development strategies.
