Yolanda currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel in Nasdaq’s Office of General Counsel providing legal support in the areas of corporate finance, SEC financial reporting, strategic initiatives (including blockchain technology), mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, corporate governance and regulation.Prior to joining Nasdaq, Yolanda was Senior Counsel, Legal Policy in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of General Counsel, where she counseled the Commission on SEC rulemaking, enforcement actions and policy matters. Prior to joining the SEC, Yolanda was in private practice in the Washington DC offices of WilmerHale and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. After law school, Yolanda served as a law clerk to The Honorable Robert B. Kugler in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.�Yolanda holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. from Yale University.��

Carol Rudolph is Vice President of Digital Transformation for Financial Services – US & Canada for Gimbal Inc.� Ms Rudolph has 15+ years of experience in the Customer Experience industry - most recently with Oracle Corporation where she headed up the Customer Experience team focused on Financial Services & Banking in the southeast US.�Previously, Ms Rudolph worked for Engagepoint, Business Objects/SAP, Certus Software, Actuate Corporation and Siebel Systems.� Ms Rudolph’s career has been focused on utilizing her skills in customer experience, business intelligence and strategic business development to identify innovative ways to leverage technology solutions to solve business challenges, and create competitive advantages for Global 1000 clients.Ms Rudolph earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Houston, TX and an Executive MBA from SMU in Dallas, TX.� She has also earned her CXPA Certification from the Customer Experience Professional Association.

Lou is the founder and CEO of Discourse Analytics a company that utilizes cognitive computing, machine learning and prescriptive analytics to improve product targeting, reduce churn and increase customer recapture for companies in the financial services industry.� The DA patented platform operationalized computational psychology models to map existing customer mindsets to determine “why” they are transacting with you and leverages this understanding to have the “next best conversation.” This engagement leads to more effective and targeted interactions and enable a “human conversation through digital channels.”Lou previously practiced law where he attempted to use creative legal solutions to enhance his clients’ business goals.� Lou ran his own firm for 14+ years.� In 2008 Lou came up with the idea or disrupting politics by attempting to “solve” how traditional “stereotypes” were becoming increasingly inaccurate predictors of political behavior and the attendant impact of the rapid disruption in politics and commerce caused by social and mobile innovation. �Lou along with his co-founder saw the opportunity to build a company that uses “mindset modeling” across multiple channels to drive better activation and engagement.� In 2013 Lou pivoted the company into financial services as it represented a larger opportunity to bring algorithmic change to an industry fundamentally altered by digital and mobile.�Lou is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Syracuse College of Law where he was a member of the Law Review.� Lou was also a tumblr. fellow at the Personal Democracy Forum (2012), the Bull Run Beer Mile Champion (2009) and an Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon Finisher (2005).

Sheila James is Vice President Operations at Align Commerce. Sheila is responsible for developing payment partnerships as well as ensuring high-quality of service to Align customers including boarding, KYC, and ongoing service and monitoring. Prior to becoming part of Align Commerce Sheila was VP of Operations at Western Union responsible for expanding online cash payments throughout the US and Europe. A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience, Sheila was co-founder of eBillme and led various roles in product management, business analysis, product development and operations providing an alternative payment solution for the US market. eBillme was acquired by Western Union in September 2011. Sheila has also worked for telecomm market leaders such as Nokia, Vienna Systems and Mitel Corporation.�
