Charlie began his career with Deloitte as a CPA serving some of the firm's most prestigious clients; he transitioned into internal Human Resources and rapidly ascended to leadership roles where he made a career of successfully managing ambiguity and change.

    Wendy is the partner in charge of the WS+B's Florida office. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Missouri and North Carolina. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Wendy has extensive experience working with multinational clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries and is also an employee benefit plan audit specialist. Wendy has developed and presented a number of continuing education programs for all levels both delivered internally and externally. Prior to joining Withum, Wendy was a partner in a large national Firm and led the Southeast region’s employee benefit plan audit practice. She was also a member of the Firm’s employee benefits taskforce committee, which set policies and procedures for the Firm. In 2008 Wendy was one of three finalists for the Athena Award, which is a prestigious award that recognizes female leaders in the community.
