Thomas "TJ" Schoessow is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Cloud9 Real Time, an accredited Managed Service Provider (MSP) and licensed Intuit Commercial Host.At Cloud 9, TJ is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision, ensuring adherence to technical standards and leading all aspects of technology development according to the company's strategic direction and growth objectives. His specific duties include leading the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships, as well as building and managing the technology team.As head of Cloud9's IT department, TJ manages all company computers, servers, software, database management systems and related security.He oversees all company research and development efforts as well as special projects. He supervises software testing and information systems security and maintenance, as well as Web application and software development. He leads the company in anticipating and reacting to major technology changes, developing technology contingency plans to keep projects on track, and generating new products then facilitating their entry to market. TJ collaborates with the rest of the Cloud9 executive team to assess and recommend technologies in support of company needs.TJ has a reputation for adaptability, enthusiastic teamwork, impeccable service and doing a job right the first time.In his career, TJ has multiplatform experience and a hands-on background with proven skills in systems setup and optimization. He has demonstrated success in troubleshooting computer problems using comprehensive diagnostic procedures and performing installation/replacement of peripheral devices.Previously, he served as a senior network engineer and sales engineer, network administrator and network engineer at prominent San Diego-area firms.Thomas "TJ" Schoessow earned degrees in information systems at the University of Florida, Gainesville, and at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).

Prior to his time at Blue Cross, Dev worked in the investment community overseeing numerous acquisitions while serving as chief financial officer, corporate and strategic development director, or controller. He has continually managed his own entrepreneurial enterprises in real estate, leasing, consulting, and telecommunications.He serves on the Lewis and Clark Area United Way and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Helena boards and is a Hunter Education Instructor for the State of Montana. He is also active in fundraising and support for wounded veterans and their families. Dev has a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.

John serves as a strategic technology advisor to CPAs in the planning and deployment of effective technology solutions and workflow automation. As a co-founder of CPA Crossings, John specializes in facilitating the development of strategic technology plans, paperless workflows, client portal solutions and a comprehensive digital practice model. John recently co-authored “Ten Steps to a Digital Practice in the Cloud”, published by the AICPA. This book provides CPAs with a strategic roadmap for taking their firms online by leveraging cloud computing. John also developed an innovative model for delivering live CPE courses that utilize the Apple iPad to provide electronic course materials and an interactive classroom environment. John’s primary qualification is his passion for helping CPAs achieve success by leveraging technology. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with CPAs throughout the country.

Charlie Judy strongly believes HR’s relevance to an employee’s performance, success, and meaningful career experience drastically diminished during its recent ascent to the ranks of “strategic business partner.” Getting back to the basics of strong connections, good relationships, customized attention, and simplified processes are what he believes to be far more important than anything the broader HR, Recruiting, and Talent Management communities are currently focused on. Charlie, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), brings more than two decades of experience as an executive in the human resources, recruiting, and shared services realms.He and his family have lived and worked all over the globe encompassing long-term assignments in Brussels, Belgium, and Hyderabad, India (where he built a global recruiting function that has hired more than 10,000 people over the last 10 years). He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Baker Tilly, a prominent accounting and advisory firm with over 1,600 employees in major markets across the United States. He was previously a Human Capital Director with Navigant Consulting, the SVP of Shared Services and Human Resources for TLC Vision Corporation, and the VP of HR for Maverick Technologies. Charlie began his career with Deloitte as a CPA serving some of the firm's most prestigious clients; he transitioned into internal Human Resources and rapidly ascended to leadership roles where he made a career of successfully managing ambiguity and change.

Wendy is the partner in charge of the WS+B's Florida office. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Missouri and North Carolina. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Wendy has extensive experience working with multinational clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries and is also an employee benefit plan audit specialist. Wendy has developed and presented a number of continuing education programs for all levels both delivered internally and externally. Prior to joining Withum, Wendy was a partner in a large national Firm and led the Southeast region’s employee benefit plan audit practice. She was also a member of the Firm’s employee benefits taskforce committee, which set policies and procedures for the Firm. In 2008 Wendy was one of three finalists for the Athena Award, which is a prestigious award that recognizes female leaders in the community.

Mr. Dusablon is the Co-Founder and CEO of cPaperless, LLC, a company that provides paperless software solutions and consulting services to the tax and accounting industry.�For the past 14 years, Mr. Dusablon has been consulting accounting firms on all areas of paperless solutions, including: �Document management, client portals, workflow, secure document exchange, scanning techniques, using Adobe Acrobat to create digital workpapers, and paperless tax preparation utilizing Scan-and-Organize and Scan-and-Populate solutions.� ����Steve worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and was a Certified Public Accountant.� He earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1990.�

Kristi supports customer communication and product development planning at Right Networks. She has a Bachelor�s degree in Journalism from the University of Maine and a Master�s in Business Administration from Rivier University.
