Rory Joyce is Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer of CoverHound. He is responsible for all product development efforts for the leading online insurance agency, which has garnered several accolades including 'Best Money Savings Website' from Good Housekeeping and has an industry-leading Net Promoter Score of 75. Rory’s deep understanding of the insurance domain along with his expertise in web technology, marketing, and experience design has been a key driver in the company’s success.Since CoverHound’s inception, Rory has helped fill many roles across product, marketing, and business development as the organization has grown to 85+ employees across two office locations. Along with his co-founders, Rory participated in AngelPad, currently the #1 ranked incubator program in the US, founded by early product managers and engineers from Google. At AngelPad they learned the fundamentals of building a successful technology startup and how to formulate and execute a product vision.Prior to CoverHound, Rory was at Unitrin Direct, a nationwide direct-to-consumer personal lines insurance carrier part of the Kemper family of companies. Starting out as a Data Analyst, Rory worked cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and sales teams leading key initiatives involving forecasting, data analyses, and statistical modelling. Rory later shifted his focus to oversee the company's digital marketing channel, successfully growing the channel by triple digits and propelling them to be one of the early insurance leaders in online distribution.Rory holds a degree in Economics from James Madison University. He lives in Oakland, CA with his wife Lennis. He enjoys an active lifestyle and likes to travel, cook, and watch his beloved Mets & Jets.

Brian Donovan, Manager Agency Automation Donegal Insurance Group Brian manages the agency automation department at Donegal Insurance Group, which consists of eleven developers, seven help desk technicians and five business analysts, and has been with the company for close to ten years as I have been a programmer, supervisor, team leader, and development manager. Brian has been involved in Donegal’s implementation of the onsite implementation of e-SignLive e-signatures from the beginning, having performed the proof of concept and led the team that performed installation, front end workflow design, back end processing and agency marketing. Brian worked closely with e-SignLive throughout the process as Donegal Group customized the solution to meet its specific needs.

Tammy Nelson is a speaker, author and award-winning marketer. She started her career at two ad agencies and then switched over to the corporate side where she held positions at American Express, Ameriprise Financial and Luxottica. Currently, Tammy is Chief Marketing Officer at American Modern Insurance Group, part of the Munich Re family of companies.Tammy has an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in advertising and economics from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. She is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati, Cincinnati’s flagship leadership development program and she recently earned her Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation.She is very active in the field of marketing – she is involved in the American Marketing Association, is on the Cincinnati BrandHUB council, is a member of the CMO Roundtable, serves on the marketing committee of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America, has spoken at many industry conferences and her research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Marketing.Tammy is also involved in the community, supporting the arts, the United Way, the American Cancer Society and Children International.
