Gareth Ross is MassMutual�s Senior Vice President, data analytics and target markets. He is based at the company�s Springfield, Mass., headquarters.Ross, who reports to Michael R. Fanning, Executive Vice President of MassMutual�s U.S. Insurance business, is also responsible for expanding the company�s middle market strategy.� Previously at MassMutual, Ross was a Vice President in the sales and distribution strategy, financial planning and analysis, and strategy divisions within the company.�Prior to joining MassMutual in 2008, Ross was a Senior Vice President of financial planning and analysis at Capmark Financial, a senior financial analyst at General Motors, and held other senior financial analysis, management consulting and business analyst positions at the New York Treasurer�s office, the Coca-Cola (Japan) Company, the World Bank, Fidelity Investments, and Deloitte Consulting.�Ross received his Masters of Business Administration degree in finance and accounting and his Master of Business Administration in International Studies from The Wharton School and The Joseph Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.� He received his Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and Mandarin Chinese from Washington University.�

Kathleen is the Vice President of Insurance for Measure. Prior to joining Measure, she was an innovation advisor and business lead and pilot for USAA’s drone program. She brings decades of experience in the insurance industry along with her extensive aviation background to work in Measure’s drone operations. Kathleen obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas State University and her M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and is also a FAA certificated commercial pilot and flight instructor with single, multi engine and advanced ground instructor ratings.Kat has experience with Roboticists Without Borders deploying to fly drones after the Oso, WA mudslides in 2014 and was the insurance lead on the Measure and American Red Cross drone study, “Drones for Disaster Response and Relief Operations” published in April 2015 along with other industry partners.�

Donald Harrell has 24 years experience in the property, casualty and marine insurance industry. His comprehensive background ranges from brokerage to underwriting and management across multiple regions - United States, United Kingdom, Latin America, Asia and Europe.��Since May 2011, Mr. Harrell holds the position of Senior Vice President for Liberty International Underwriters (LIU) responsible for managing the Marine and Exploration & Production product lines for the Americas.From September 2007 to May 2011, Mr. Harrell was Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Starr Indemnity & Liability, Starr Marine Agency, Inc. and Starr Surplus Lines Insurance Companies, responsible for the build out and overall management of the operating platforms in the US admitted and non-admitted marketplace.From January 1995 to August 2007, Mr. Harrell held various management roles while working for AIG including Senior Vice President and Global Marine Field Operations Officer for AIG Global (October 2006 to August 2007),� Regional Marine Manager for AIG Europe (January 2003 to October 2006) based in Paris; Vice President � Senior Operations Officer (from April 2001 to December 2002); Senior Director for AIG Corporate Product Development and Vice President for AIG eBusiness Risk Solutions (November 1999 to March 2001); Regional Marine Manager for Central America, Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela based in Panama City, Panama & Bogota, Colombia (May 1997 to October 1999); Senior Marine Underwriter (1996); Marine Liability Underwriter (1995).�Mr. Harrell started his career as a broker in 1991 with MacLean, Oddy & Associates in Dallas, Texas and subsequently, he worked for Bain Hogg (now AON) from 1993 to 1995 in London and New York.� Mr. Harrell graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1990 with a BBA in International Business and BA in Economics.

Ms. Price Stonehill is executive vice president, chief human resources officer of Assurant, Inc. Before assuming her current position at Assurant in July 2014, she served as senior vice president of compensation, benefits and shared services at the company. In this role, she was responsible for setting the vision and design of total rewards to support Assurant’s strategy.Prior to joining Assurant in 1999, she worked in the Human Capital Services Consulting Practice at Arthur Andersen where she advised clients on retirement and benefits issues during mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Price Stonehill is a member of the board of directors and finance committee of AMIT, an organization that operates 110 schools, youth villages, surrogate family residences and other programs in Israel. She also is a member of the Athena Leadership Council at Barnard College, designed to advance women in leadership roles.Ms. Price Stonehill graduated summa cum laude from Queens College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.

Maura joined Swiss Re in July 2007 as a Senior Casualty Facultative Underwriter for Swiss Re's Northeast Region based in New York City.�� In August 2012, Maura joined the R&N team as an Account Executive in the Armonk office and in July 2014 she transitioned to a Senior Underwriting role in the Treaty department.Prior to joining our company, Maura was an Assistant Vice President at Folksamerica Reinsurance Company in their Casualty Treaty Division.� She began her reinsurance career as an Associate Underwriter in 2001 at CNA's Regional Treaty department in Chicago, IL.Maura holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University in Mt Pleasant, MI, an MBA from Northwood University in Midland, MI and holds the Associate in Reinsurance designation from the Insurance Institute of America.

Karen Marques joined Swiss Re in December 1991 as a Senior Claims Consultant.� In 1999, Karen was offered the opportunity to broaden her reinsurance experience by moving into Casualty Underwriting.� Currently, she is a Vice President, Senior Casualty Underwriter handling Global accounts.� Karen�s portfolio is comprised of treaties which cover Commercial Umbrella and Excess Casualty, Bermuda Excess Casualty, GL, Energy and Auto exposures.Prior to joining Swiss Re, Karen held various claim positions with several insurance companies including The Hartford, Employee Benefits Insurance (specializing in WC), Covenant Insurance Company (which was purchased by American States Insurance) and Woodland Group (consulting company).�Karen holds a Bachelor�s degree from Fairfield University.

Mitchell co-founded Oceanwide in 1996 and has led the company as CEO since its inception. At Oceanwide, Mitchell has focused on designing and promoting the company’s market leading insurance SaaS solutions. Mitchell has chaired the ACORD Ocean Marine standards committee since 2006 and has spoken at IUMI, AIMU and IASA events on important industry issues.Prior to Oceanwide, Mitchell co-founded Bizware Computer Systems and led the company to become the leading provider of PC-based business management software for the Retail Petroleum and Convenience Store industries. Mitchell has also co-founded several other entrepreneurial ventures in technology, real estate and hydro-power, and he sits on the board of several companies.He has served as the President of the Montreal chapter of the Young Entrepreneur’s Organization and was named High-tech Entrepreneur of the year by Pro-Montreal in 2005.Mitchell holds degrees in Software Engineering and Public Accountancy from McGill University and he is a Chartered Accountant.
