With more than 35 years of expertise in management, strategic planning, sales, and business development, Bruce is EVP\/Managing Director of SourceMedia's Professional Services Group, where he is responsible for the day to day growth and profitability of over 70 online, print and live event media assets, including such brands as Financial Planning, Employee Benefit News and Accounting Today. Prior to his current role at SourceMedia, Bruce was COO of Louise Blouin Media (LBM) where he was responsible for the day to day operations of LBMs magazine, book and online media and data businesses, including such brands as Art Auction and ARTINFO. Prior to LBM he was SVP and General Manager of Jupiter Online Media, where he oversaw operations of over 150 websites over four online networks, including internet.com and Mediabistro. \nMany of Bruces demonstrated accomplishments in online, print, live event product development and international business stem from his 14 years at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters)\/SourceMedia. Bruce joined Thomson in 1992 as EVP of Securities Data Publishing and was named its President\/CEO in 1995. When he left in 2006, he was the President of its SourceMedia Banking Group. Prior to Thomson, Bruces early career spent time with Lebhar Friedman, Fairchild Publications (now a part of Conde Nast) and Investment Dealers Digest, Inc. \nBruce received his BS in marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and has attended post graduate executive management and business development training at the Johnson School at Cornell University and INSEAD Fontainebleau, France.

As president and chief operating officer of LPL Financial, Esther Stearns participates directly in the strategic direction and oversight of all aspects of the firm. In addition, she is directly responsible for Business Technology Services, Broker\/Dealer Support Services, Custom Clearing Services, and Corporate Shared Service areas such as Corporate Communication, Strategic Planning, Sponsor Relations, and Human Capital.Ms. Stearns joined the company in 1996 as chief information officer. In this position, she led the build out of an advanced technology platform to help financial advisors manage and streamline their daily business processing. She was named COO in 2004 and president in 2007. Ms. Stearns was instrumental in building and packaging the Custom Clearing Services offering to provide back-end support services to broker\/dealer organizations.Prior to joining LPL Financial, Ms. Stearns worked at Charles Schwab for 14 years in a variety of leadership roles that include information technology, operations, managing surveillance, internal control, and credit.She is a member of the Independent Firms Committee of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago, and is Series 7, 24, 27, and 63 registered.

Since 1998, Cheryl has been providing financial advisory and private wealth management services to a distinctive clientele. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional, she specializes in providing holistic financial planning services. She is also a Chartered Financial Consultant.Cheryl attended New Mexico State University as a Presidential Scholar, graduating with honors with a degree in psychology and business administration before pursuing postgraduate studies in biochemistry at the University of New Mexico. She credits her competitive academic drive which led to her graduate from high school at 16 and from college at 20 to her experience growing up in a family of 11 children.Cheryl has received numerous awards, including the Presidential Award for Best Financial Advice in 2004 from American Express. Reuters ranked her as one of the top advisors in 2008 and 2009. In 2009 and 2010, Cheryl was invited to attend Barrons Winner Circle for Top Independent Advisors and for the top 1% of all Women Advisors. She was included in San Jose Magazines Women in Business list in 2004 and 2006. Additionally, she has been invited to present numerous personal finance classes at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, Microsoft, AT&T, Nortel and IBM.In the community, Cheryl serves on the board and finance committee of FLY Fresh Lifelines for Youth, a nonprofit organization helping at-risk youth in the Bay area. She is also active with Team in Training, which raises funds for leukemia and lymphoma treatment and research.As the mother of three boys, Cheryl is committed to properly balancing work and life. She has run three marathons and nine half-marathons in the past three years and is currently pursuing her black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In her spare time, she enjoys running, kickboxing, golfing, skiing and reading.

Sarah Libbey is president of Fidelity® Charitable Gift Fund, a donor-advised fund and the third largest public charity in the United States. Established in 1991, the Charitable Gift Fund was the first national donor-advised fund program and remains the largest such program in the country, providing charitable solutions to both donors and advisors. The Charitable Gift Fund allows individual donors to establish a dedicated Giving Account® and to thus create a long-range, systematic plan for giving to their favorite charitable organizations.Ms. Libbey began her career at Fidelity Investments in 1981, and has held a series of leadership positions in the companys retail and institutional businesses. She was named president of the Charitable Gift Fund in 2008. Since that time, she has introduced numerous innovative product and service offerings to support the Charitable Gift Funds mission of furthering the American tradition of philanthropy by providing programs that make giving simple and effective.Ms. Libbey is a member of the board of directors for the UNH Foundation, established in 1989 to build private support for the University of New Hampshire. Among her many philanthropic interests, she has a long-standing commitment to furthering social justice and economic opportunities in the Ixcan region of Guatemala.Born in 1957, Ms. Libbey earned a bachelor of arts in Sociology and English at the University of New Hampshire in 1979.
