Elizabeth Moss began her career in financial services in 1983. She became the Investment and Annuity Specialist in 1994 in the Mass Mutual agency in San Antonio, Texas and has continued in this specialist role at the Mass Mutual agency in Chicago since 2002. Elizabeth maintains a personal practice, focusing on retirement income and distribution planning. She served for four years as the chairperson of the Investment Specialist Committee, a specialist advisory group consulting with MML Investors Services, Inc. She serves on the advisory board for Morningstar Investment Services and has served for the Institute of Business and Finance. She has also consulted on portfolio design with Morningstar Managed Portfolios and Standard and Poors Portfolio Advisor Express.

Kimberly Wright-Violich is President of Schwab Charitable, a leading national provider of philanthropic services. Ms. Wright-Violich has guided the organizations growth from a six-month old non-profit start-up to the largest charity in California and one of the top 10 charities in the US. She has introduced numerous innovative programs to facilitate grant making and charitable asset management, resulting in over $4 billion dollars in contributions. She is published and widely quoted, including in The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, CNBC, Investment News, Stanford Social Innovation Review and Trust and Estates Magazine. Ms. Wright-Violich has been the recipient of many awards and recognitions including: being named one of San Francisco Bay Areas 100 Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times (2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009), receiving a WATCH award (Women at the Center of Leadership and Vision) from the Junior League of San Francisco, and being named one of the 50 most influential women in the US for 2009 in wealth management by Wealth Manager magazine.Ms. Wright-Violich has held a series of leadership positions at major non-profit organizations in Northern California, including on the Board of Directors of Northern California Public Broadcasting, Inc. (2007-2009), the Non-Profit and Public Management Program of the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley (2006-present), World Affairs Council Bay Area (2009-present), Volunteer Center of San Francisco (1992-97), Marin Youth in Arts (1990-96), and President of the Junior League of San Francisco (1993-1994). She received an undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, did post-graduate work at the Mass Media Institute at Stanford University, and completed the Business School Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
