Leia Farmer is Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Securities America, Inc., one of the largest independent broker\/dealers in the nation. Leia’s primary responsibilities are to oversee the RIA Compliance and Policies and Procedures teams within Securities America. She was a part of the internal task force that analyzed and selected Securities America's social media compliance solution, and will participate in the social media \/ compliance training sessions provided by the firm in 2011. Prior to joining Securities America, Leia worked as the Chief Compliance Officer for Brecek &Young Advisors, Inc., a mid-sized broker\/dealer that was acquired by Securities America in 2009. MARI J. BUECHNER is the president and chief executive officer of Coordinated Capital Securities, Inc., an independent broker dealer and investment advisor specializing in supporting its registered reps and the clients they serve. Mari is a skilled financial services businessperson with over 20 years of executive, industry and regulatory experience. Starting at CCS as a part-time college student in 1987 through today as CEO, Mari has experience in all aspects of owning and operating a small broker dealer. Ms. Buechner is also an active participant in industry forums and governance. In 2008, Ms. Buechner was elected to a small firm seat on FINRA’s Board of Governors. Combining an abiding interest in wine with more than 20 years of investment experience as both a portfolio manager and sell-side research analyst, Jennifer Williams-Bulkeley founded AOC Investment Advisors in 2012. The firm is a natural outgrowth of her prior work in London, where she spent more than 13 years working in the finance industry and investing in wine, buying in the London market and honing her expertise in the field. While in London, Jennifer managed equity and debt portfolios for alternative asset managers and also developed and marketed a proprietary research product focused on the equity and credit markets and geared toward alternative investors.Jennifer is an Associate Member of the Institute of Wines and Spirits (AIWS) and is a graduate of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Diploma Program, one of the top accreditations in the wine trade.
