Mike is the Co-Founder, CEO, and CIO of Hedgeable, a digital wealth manager that democratizes sophisticated investing.\nHe formerly was an Analyst at Spruce Private Investors, a $3.5 Billion Wealth Management Firm and Fund of Funds. In Mike’s time there, Spruce was twice nominated by InvestHedge for Fund of Funds of the Year, and in 2011 Spruce was named the top Wealth Manager in the U.S. by Private Asset Management Magazine. At Spruce, Mike worked directly with wealthy families and endowments to allocate capital to public\/private equities, fixed income, commodities, real estate, and alternatives. Prior to Spruce, Mike was an Associate at Bridgewater Associates, a $150 Billion Global Macro Fund considered to be one of the most successful alternative managers in history, with clients including foreign governments, major pension funds, charities, and large corporations.\nMike is an avid writer, international traveler, adventurer, sports fanatic, and cooking enthusiast. Mike holds a B.S. in Finance, with Distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University. He is originally from Philadelphia, and resides in New York City.

Gauthier has 20 years of experience in financial services as a consulting partner, an investment banker and a Private Banking executive. He leads Deloitte’s Wealth Management Practice in the US and specializes in growth and operating strategies. His clients include leading brokerage firms, private and trust banks as well as banks and diversified financial services firms.   Gauthier has worked extensively in North America, Europe and Asia. He is an alumnus of Booz & Co., Citi Private Bank, Credit Suisse, Marakon Associates and the World Bank. He holds an  MBA in Finance from MIT's Sloan School of Management and BS\/MS degrees in Mathematics & Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, Paris.  Gauthier, his wife and their seven children live in Stamford CT.

Attorney Allen Falke is a member of Massachusetts-based Mirick O'Connell's Business and Trusts and Estates Groups. He focuses his practice on tax law and estate and business planning.

Patty also co-authored Success Simplified with Stephen Covey.\nPatty and her business partner Michelle Donovan use a team coach approach. Michelle is the "Referability Expert" who coaches clients to build their business by stellar referral marketing and Patty coaches them to manage the success issues that develop with significant growth that Michelle helps them create.\nPatty was the Founding President of the National Association of Professional Organizers - Pittsburgh chapter and Past President of The National Speakers Association - Pittsburgh chapter.  Patty was recently named Women's Business Network's Woman of the Year as well as one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business and one of Pittsburgh’s Fastrackers.  

Julia Cummings is a Bionic Advisor for AdvicePeriod where she and her colleagues are at the vanguard of adopting the latest financial technology. They have successfully used this technology to act as true fiduciaries for their clients and grown their business to more than $2B in less than two years. \nJulia was drawn to the financial services industry while in college because of her passion for analytics and problem solving. Her empathy and relationship focus, coupled with a strong work ethic and attention to detail are primary drivers in helping her clients successfully navigate today’s complex investment environment.
