    Ms. Norgle serves as vice president and general counsel for TransUnion�s U.S. Information Services division. In this role, she is responsible for all legal matters involving the company�s domestic information services business, human resource matters, litigation, subpoenas and regulatory investigations and inquires.� Prior to her current role, she was assistant general counsel in TransUnion�s corporate offices.Ms. Norgle joined TransUnion�s legal department in 1990.� Prior to joining the company, she practiced corporate law at several well-known firms in Chicago.� A graduate of RiponCollege in Ripon, Wisconsin, she holds a Bachelor of Science in both economics and Spanish.� She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign.�

    Christopher Koegel is an assistant director in the Bureau of Consumer Protection�s Division of Financial Practices at the Federal Trade Commission. In this capacity, Mr. Koegel manages enforcement and policy work relating to debt collection, mortgage advertising, and other consumer protection issues arising in the financial sector. Mr. Koegel joined the FTC in July 2009, and, as a lead attorney on a number of matters, specialized in debt collection issues. He was the primary architect of the FTC�s Statement of Enforcement Policy Regarding Communications in Connection with Collection of a Decedent�s Debt, issued in July 2011. He also was lead attorney on several federal court cases against payday lending and debt collection operations, including the recent case against Expert Global Solutions and its subsidiaries. Before joining the FTC, Mr. Koegel worked in private practice at Jones Day, and at Manatt, Phelps, and Phillips. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

    Christine M. Reilly is a partner in Loeb & Loeb�s Consumer Protection Defense Department and is a trial lawyer representing clients in major litigation in a wide variety of areas, including consumer protection, unfair competition, false and deceptive advertising, business torts, and entertainment and intellectual property. Ms. Reilly regularly defends clients in consumer protection class actions and investigations and proceedings initiated by the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, and other federal and state government and regulatory agencies. Ms. Reilly has experience defending consumer class and regulatory actions alleging violations of various state and federal laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, California False Advertising Law (Business & Professions Code �17500), California Unfair Competition Law (Business & Professions Code �17200), California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, California Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Rosenthal Act), California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), and California Penal Code � 327 (endless chain/pyramid scheme). In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Reilly regularly counsels clients on marketing and advertising issues and compliance with consumer laws. She has represented companies in a variety of industries and service sectors, including sales and marketing, advertising, wireless/mobile, Internet, lead generation, manufacturing and electrical, software, telecommunications, television, music and entertainment, legal services, automotive parts and services, dietary supplement, food, and health and beauty. Ms. Reilly serves as a volunteer prosecutor for the Los Angeles City Attorney�s Office under the Los Angeles County Bar�s Trial Advocacy Program. Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Ms. Reilly was an associate at Reed Smith LLP. Upon graduation from Boalt Hall, Ms. Reilly was a law clerk to the Honorable Nora M. Manella, U.S. District Court, Central District of California (2003-2004) and to the Honorable Helen Gillmor, U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii (2002-2003). Ms. Reilly also served as a Field Examiner for the National Labor Relations Board, Region 2, New York prior to earning her Juris Doctor degree.

Wendy leads a team responsible for all legal, compliance and risk functions including fulfilling widening regulatory requirements.Wendy has been a member of the NBCPA since its inception.     As Heartland�s Senior Product Manager with Heartland Marketing Solutions (HMS), Jessica Koenig is responsible for sourcing and managing partnerships in the mobile commerce space (mobile wallet, mobile loyalty, offer redemption and engines, and other mobile commerce related solutions), HMS mobile integration strategies and roadmaps with wallet providers and POS providers, and a mobile roadmap on what Heartland and HMS will provide to clients. In her previous role with Heartland, Mrs. Koenig was the marketing manager for emerging technologies, where she was responsible for the strategic marketing of the company�s terminal, point-of-sale, gateway, mobile product and data security suites.

Prior to Airtag, Leroyer was cofounder of Haiku/Europe Index, where he led as the director of marketing for multimedia and mobile. He has 10 years of experience creating and delivering technology-based marketing strategies.He also spent three years in strategy consulting for mobile marketing technologies at Arthur D. Little in Paris, working with clients including Bouygues, SFR and France Telecom. Leroyer holds an MBA from the European business school ESCP-EAP and IEP Paris.
