Patricia (Trish) Baxter, Esq., serves as Compliance Officer for Recovery Management Systems Corporation, a bankruptcy debt purchaser and servicer. She also represents clients in the Accounts Receivable Management Industry regarding regulatory compliance and litigation matters. Trish is a member of the DBA International Board of Directors, where she serves as Ethics Committee Chair and Education Committee Co-Chair.Her prior industry roles include serving as General Counsel for Collins Financial Services and Paragon Way in Austin, Texas and as General Counsel for Unifund in Cincinnati, Ohio. Trish received a B.A. and an M.B.A. from National University of San Diego and she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University. Farhan Siddiqi is Bank of America�s senior vice president of online banking. Siddiqi is responsible for all aspects of strategy and development for the bank�s primary online channel, bankofamerica.com, including leading cross-functional teams and partnering with other business segments, products and technology to drive online performance. He joined the bank in 2012 and his additional responsibilities include oversight of research and development and digital product management.Siddiqi has nearly 20 years of experience in profit and loss management, devising strategies, business development and designing products for the e-commerce, financial services, high-tech and consumer industries.Prior to Bank of America, Siddiqi was responsible for leading branded payment solutions at Target, including driving the enterprise loyalty program, growing a multibillion dollar prepaid products business and leading the mobile payments strategy. Prior to this role, he led the strategy and business development for Target's e-commerce business unit and delivered the multichannel strategy for Target.Before Target, Siddiqi was responsible for IT strategy at the software business of GE Healthcare. He was involved in acquisitions and joint ventures and led programs in engineering and service disciplines that resulted from these integrations.In addition to GE, Siddiqi had been involved in software development, distributed computing architecture, e-commerce and mobile solutions, and has worked at technology startups and consulting companies. He is passionate about developing strategy, driving business growth and leveraging technology to transform business.Siddiqi holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from The University of Chicago.

Known for his deep industry expertise, David Mertz brings more than 25 years of experience with information technology, compliance, privacy, and risk management to his role at Global Debt Registry. David provides compliance oversight to Global Debt Registry�s operations and advises clients on best practices in this area. David has presented and written extensively on security, data integrity, and compliance issues faced by the accounts receivable industry. Recently he was president of his own consulting firm specializing in compliance, security, and risk with a significant focus on the ARM industry prior to joining GDR as their Chief Compliance Officer in September 2013. David serves on the Asset Buyers Committee of ACA International and the Audit Committee for DBA�s Certification Program. David attended Rockhurst University.

Noah�s experience as a consultant to the consumer lending industry includes a variety of engagements dealing with consumer credit risk, portfolio management, and risk technology. Noah�s background includes assignments with more than 35 institutions, including card issuers, payment networks, merchant acquirers, retailers, data processors, and private equity investors. He began his career at First Annapolis Consulting as an Analyst / Senior Analyst and there partnered with clients in Canada, Europe, the US, and Latin America on collections strategy optimization, credit line assignment, credit policy development, and portfolio segmentation initiatives.Since joining Bridgeforce in 2010, Noah has worked with institutions in the UK, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and the US in areas such as fraud, risk infrastructure (system selection / design / testing), credit line management, training, and regulatory compliance. He is currently advising a Top 10 US card issuer on the development of a new collections system.Noah holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Washington and Lee University and presently is pursuing a Master of Science in Software Engineering and Database Technologies. He resides in Baltimore, MD.
