Over the last year Macarena has played a significant role in the analysis of the cryptocurrency space, meeting and establishing relationships for BBVA with Bitcoin and Blockchain companies, participating in conferences, providing in-house training and looking for business opportunities in this field.Macarena joined BBVA in 2011 as Innovation Manager with a focus on the definition, design and implementation of new solutions and products for a digital native banking and exploring new distribution and relationship business models.Previously, from 2006-2011 She served as Project Manager �of Banesto Bank (Santander Group) where her primary roles included leading the implementation of strategic projects to launch new products and services, model definition and process reengineering to improve business, operating and management processes. Clint Gray is currently Vice President with First Financial Credit Union whose home office is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Clint has been with the credit union since 2005 and has 20+ years in the financial industry.Clint�s current roll with FFCU is dedicated to the development of digital strategies including, Apple Pay, card lock, and mobile wallet.� Clint also oversees debit/credit cards, prepaid and reloadable cards, ACH, check processes, the call center, fraud, security and collections. More recently, Clint has been instrumental in the launch of EMV cards (credit and debit) for FFCU�s membership.Additionally, Clint is the Project Manager for FFCU�s most recent merger with a credit union in the Southern part of New Mexico.� Clint is married and has 7 children and is currently working on his Bachelor degree in Finance.� First Financial Credit Union now has 15 branches statewide with assets totaling $480 million.

John serves as a Vice President in Digital Money Movement responsible for SunTrust's strategy and execution of digital bill payment and P2P transactions. His background includes co-founding and leading Arch Advantage, an innovative non-bank fintech company focused on risk-managed medical payment plans for financially underserved patients. Arch Advantage was acquired by a national medical brand focused on delivering technology solutions to medical providers.�Additionally, John serves in the Army reserve component as a Commander and is qualified to pilot the UH60 Blackhawk and CH47 Chinook. He has an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and is married with three children.

Barry McCarthy serves as executive vice president and head of Consumer and Network Solutions (CNS). �CNS includes:� the STAR� debit network, the third-largest debit network in the US; Money Network�, the largest prepaid payroll solution in the US; Gift Card and Advanced Marketing Solutions the largest pre-paid business supporting over 2 billion active store-branded prepaid cards; GYFT (gyft.com), a recent First Data acquisition and the largest prepaid mobile wallet; and TeleCheck�, the largest check guarantee solution which helps merchants safely accept checks at the point-of-sale.Prior to his current role, McCarthy was responsible for the turn-around of the Financial Services business that had been in revenue and EBITDA decline for more than 7 years.� In less than 2 years, he moved the business from the company�s worst performing unit, to its best.� Revenue growth moved from -4% to +8%, total profitability increased 51%, while margin improved from 40% to 52% (1200 basis point improvement).� He also provided leadership for the company�s historic collaboration with Apple on Apple Pay.Earlier, McCarthy was responsible the company�s entire relationship and P&L with all US financial institutions, and previously had responsibility for First Data�s Asia-Pacific merchant business, overseeing a $900 million P&L for the company�s ventures serving India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea and Australia.Joining First Data in 2004 as head of the merchant product organization, McCarthy�s responsibilities were expanded to ultimately include global product management and several new businesses.. During this tenure, he created and launched innovative products and services that have generated more than $1 billion in revenue including eCommerce, mobile/social, data analytics and point-of-sale terminal solutions.�Prior to joining First Data, he was responsible for the turn-around of the payments business at VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN), now owned by eBay/PayPal (NASDAQ: EBAY). He also co-founded MagnaCash, a Silicon Valley-based micropayments company that provided a check-out system similar to iTunes.� Through subsequent transactions that business is now owned by Digital River (NASDAQ: DRV).McCarthy started his career at Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG), where he spent 12 years in sales, regional and national sales management, customer marketing and brand management roles. He was responsible for the national introduction of dozens of new products for the Oil of Olay�, Secret�, Sure�, Old Spice� and Bain de Soleil� brands. McCarthy first entered the payments technology industry at Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC), where he was responsible for the 14 million card and 6,500 ATM business.He is the 2015 Chairman of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the nation�s largest technology association with more than 27,000 members. He served as Chairman of the state-wide Georgia Technology Summit (GTS) in both 2013 and 2014, and currently serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of Georgia, and Catholic Charities of Atlanta.�He has also served on multiple corporate and joint venture boards globally including Merchant Solutions (Singapore), ICICI Merchant Solutions (Mumbai), Merchant Link (Washington, DC), PNC Merchant Solutions (Pittsburgh), and non-executive Chairman of eSurg.com (Seattle), an e-Commerce medical supply company, which was acquired by Henry Schein Corporation (NASDAQ: HSIC).� McCarthy earned his master�s in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and resides in metro Atlanta.

Vince Hruska is Senior Vice President of Product Strategies for City National Bank, where he manages strategy, development, delivery and pricing of bank products and services serving individuals, private clients and businesses, including deposit, consumer lending, small business lending, residential lending (mortgage and home equity), cards (credit, debit and pre-paid), payments, international and other banking services. Leading a team of product professionals, he is responsible for rate setting and fee pricing, profitability, business case development and internal sales of new product development initiatives. Vince formerly was SVP and manager of online banking and internet based services serving small businesses to corporate multi-nationals at Bank of America. He also founded and led a technology and payments developer and consultancy that served firms in the banking, entertainment and technology industries.� He started his career at First Interstate Bank and later Wells Fargo, where he led the electronic commerce, payments and internet based activities of those firms serving small business to large corporate clients.

The focus of Angela Finn�s 25 year career in the card payments business has been on the development and delivery of products that produce bottom-line results for her company.� She has held a number of positions in both card issuing and merchant acquiring, leveraging valuable knowledge of bank and processor technology gained along the way.� As Manager of Debit & Prepaid Products for Commerce Bank, Ms. Finn manages all phases of the product life cycle and oversees the implementation of payment innovation, such as Apple Pay and EMV Chip.� She holds her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, and is a graduate of the CBA/BAI Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
