Steve Ruwe leads the enterprise-wide risk management strategy for PSCU, with a focus on preventing fraud and minimizing risk in the credit and debit card portfolios of Member-Owner credit unions. Advocating risk management practices for the industry, he serves as the Chairman of the Credit Union Risk Council and sits on the MasterCard U.S. Fraud Advisory Council. Prior to joining PSCU, Ruwe served as Visa USA�s Executive Vice President of Operations and Risk for 13 years. He's testified as a risk management expert before Congress numerous times on issues related to data security, Internet gaming, and Internet pharmacies. Ruse has also served on the Board of the Economic Crime Institute and the Financial Services Sector Council for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security. He started programming at a young age and spent much of his early career focused on languages, compilers, operating systems, and virtual machines. Later, he developed an interest in the mechanics of financial markets, economics, monetary systems, and cryptography.Pair has Bachelors in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and two patents in the field of streaming analytics.

Senior Vice President - Wells Fargo - Over 25� years of banking experience in the areas of financial reporting, retail bank finance, electronic banking, and debit and prepaid card product management & new product development at Crocker National Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo.Kathy currently manages the Product Management function for Wells Fargo Bank debit and prepaid cards.� Products include consumer and business debit cards, atm cards, gift cards and general purpose reloadable prepaid cards.� Her responsibilities include all aspects of product management from product design, pricing and overall management of customer experience.�Kathy has a B.S.C. from the University of Santa Clara and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.� She is active in the community and volunteers on a weekly basis at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland.
