Bringing extensive financial services marketing experience, Margot Vaughan is the Global Customized Marketing Group Head for MasterCard Advisors, the professional services arm of MasterCard.�She oversees a team that manages, develops and executes integrated online and offline marketing solutions for North American clients, as well as key global engagements, across the customer lifecycle.As head of Global Customized Marketing, Margot has grown the business from acquisition specific to customer management, directing the development of new solutions across channels. She has worked to enhance MasterCard Advisors’ direct marketing offerings across all channels, including digital, mobile, telemarketing, print, mail and broadcast, for initiatives from branch cross-sell to credit, debit, prepaid to commercial.Margot has demonstrated a winning track record for delivering both client benefits and business success. Shortly after joining MasterCard, she introduced the ‘champion/challenger’ concept in direct mail, then a primary marketing channel for the company. As a result, MasterCard U.S. mail share increased from 20 percent to over 85 percent, significantly contributing to the number of MasterCard cardholders. More importantly, she demonstrated MasterCard’s ability to add value to a client’s business, a key enabler in the creation of MasterCard Advisors.Prior to MasterCard, Margot worked in marketing at the New York Cornell Medical Center, Citi and American Express.Margot holds an MBA and MA from New York University in Marketing and International Finance, respectively. She lives in the New York area and is based in MasterCard’s Purchase, N.Y. headquarters.

Hari Subramanian is a Consulting Partner at Wipro Limited. He has 25 years of experience in financial services and telecom as well as 8 years of management consulting background in payments. Hari focuses on emerging payments and leads Wipro’s initiatives in this space.

Lars Camp leads the business intelligence team at Apteligent, a San Francisco-based company that monitors mobile app performance.

Chuck Goldman is President of Hoyos Labs, a biometrics, authentication and identification technology company, focusing on fraud solutions that eliminate the reliance on ATM cards, PINs and tokens. He brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise-application development and mobility platforms.
