Robert Hanna joined Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. in 2003 as a Director with responsibility for business development in the areas of third party collections, litigation, bankruptcy, probate and foreclosure services in the consumer and commercial markets. He has over 30 years of experience in the sales and marketing of outsourcing services to the financial services industry and prior to joining WWR, he served as Vice President for Outsourcing Solutions Inc., Senior Vice President of Providian Financial�s First Select debt buying business unit and Senior Vice President at First Data Corporation�s Credit Performance Services. Prior endeavors include business and product development roles at Proteo Technology Corporation, Pilot Executive Software, MKI Financial Network, Pansophic Systems and BIS Banking Systems. Robert has an M.B.A. in Marketing & Finance from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Business Administration & Economics from Rutgers College. Additional education and training includes Manchester Business School (U.K.), New York University, American Institute of Banking, IBM Corporation, Xerox PSS II/III and SSP, Dale Carnegie Institute and Miller Heiman Strategic Selling. Mike has been a Finance executive for over 20 years and is an ACA Certified Credit and Collections Officer. He spent 11 years with Hilton Worldwide as Sr. Director of Financial Services at Hilton Grand Vacations, where he was responsible for overseeing credit, underwriting, collections and consumer behavior analytics. Afterwards, he led the turnaround to profitability of Tempus Resorts International, which culminated in their acquisition by Diamond Resorts International where he now serves as the Director of Financial Services. In his current role, Mike oversees collections and compliance for all North American properties in their resort portfolio.

Douglas Kantor is a partner in Steptoe's Washington office, where he is a member of the Government Affairs & Public Policy Group, focusing on government relations.Kantor provides governmental advocacy, strategic advice, and legal counseling services to a range of clients before the congressional and Executive branch agencies. He advocates for clients in areas including financial services, technology, energy, tax issues, the judiciary, and appropriations. He also provides legal representation for clients facing investigations by state attorneys general and the Congress.Additionally, he has established and administered coalitions of companies and trade associations that share common legislative and regulatory objectives, a recent example of which is the Merchants Payments Coalition, which includes several merchant trade associations trying to reform the system of credit card interchange fees.Before joining Steptoe, Kantor was a member of The Scott Group and the law firm Collier Shannon Scott in the Government Relations and Public Policy Practice Group.

Bill Shepp is the vice president of sales and marketing at Allied Payment Network, a provider of online and mobile bill payment services to the financial industry.Shepp has more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Allied, Shepp worked for the Fort Wayne, Ind.-based STAR Financial Bank. Shepp most recently served as senior vice president and bank operations manager, where he was responsible for the bank's operations and servicing departments including loan servicing, deposit services, ACH, branch administration, treasury management and customer service.Additionally, Shepp previously served as the bank's vice president and item processing department manager. Shepp's previous work experience also includes Wells Fargo Bank, Acorn Mortgage Specialists, American International Group and First Data Resources.
