Ben Katz is CEO and Founder of CARD.com, which is revolutionizing personal finance with the aim of creating financial products that speak to the passions of consumers while providing a banking alternative that fits seamlessly into today�s mobile lifestyles.�� He also founded Coveroo.com, an early customization service for iPods and mobile phones. Most recently, he was Senior Director at Green Dot, an issuer of Visa and Mastercard prepaid debit cards. Ben earned a B.S. and M.B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Melissa Smith joined WEX�s predecessor Wright Express in 1998. After progressively gaining greater responsibilities and participating in WEX's dramatic growth, she rose to her current position as leader of the global corporate payments company. Melissa is passionate about growing WEX to create challenging and rewarding careers where employees are able to develop, contribute and advance within the company.A finance expert by training, she previously played a pivotal role as WEX�s chief financial officer, leading the company through a highly successful initial public offering and focusing on its growth as a public company. Her record of execution, continuous improvement, and increased responsibilities for WEX�s business operations led to her appointment as president of the Americas, and ultimately as president and CEO of the entire company. As CEO, Melissa has responsibility for the company�s day-to-day global operations and its long-term strategic growth. She also serves as a WEX board member.Melissa is an active member of her community and was named The Girl Scouts of Maine�s 2013 Woman of Distinction, and a Mainebiz 2012 Woman to Watch. She serves on the Center for Grieving Children�s Board of Directors and participates in the Executive Women�s Forum, which she co-founded to provide a support network for female executives in her local community. Melissa began her career at Ernst & Young and earned a bachelor�s degree in business administration from the University of Maine.�As a runner and triathlete, Melissa has participated in several major races, and co-founded sheJAMs, an organization for women who enjoy being active.

Mark Barnett is Executive Vice President, of the MasterCard Advisors� Consulting Services business globally. This group combines professional problem-solving skills with deep payments expertise to deliver consulting engagements addressing the challenges and opportunities of its clients. �In this role, Mark is responsible for all components of the Consulting business's P&L. This includes setting the overall direction and strategy, driving business development efforts, overseeing the quality of the services Advisors Consulting delivers to MasterCard's clients, and managing the talent within the practice.Mark joined MasterCard Advisors in 2003 and has held various roles including leading Advisors in Europe from 2008 and leading the Global Strategy Practice for Advisors in 2006. He has nearly 20 years of experience either in or consulting to the retail banking and payments industry. Most of his work has been at board level for his clients either developing strategy or implementing major transformation programs.Prior to joining Advisors, Mark led KPMG Consulting's activities in the card payments industry in Europe and built a team focusing specifically on this sector. Before consultancy, he spent five years in the in the cards and payments industry with Access & The Joint Credit Card Company and later with First Data.

Angela�s career with Bluegreen Corporation began in 2003 with sole emphasis on leading the transition and migration of the reservation center from an outsourcer to internal operations. In 2005, Angela�s role was expanded to Vice President of Customer Care for the Indianapolis and Boca Raton, Florida operations. In March, 2012, Angela was the winner of the Gold Steve Award for Customer Service Leader of the year. In August, 2012, the Club Services Team won the Gold Stevie from the 2012 International Business Awards. The Indianapolis Call Center was voted by American Resort Development Association (ARDA) as the Best Call Center in the Time- share Industry, under 200 person category, and she served as a Judge for the Call Center Excellence Awards in Las Vegas in June 2011 and again in June 2012. She was chosen as 2010 and 2011 Who�s Who in Indiana for Consumer Products and Service in Building Indiana Magazine, and the Bluegreen Indianapolis Service Center was named runner-up in the Best Contact Center Learning Development and Recognition category at the 12th Annual Call Center Week for International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC). She chaired the committee for final judging of the Customer Service & Contact Center Individual categories in the 7th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in 2013. Her Indianapolis Customer Care Center has won several awards for use of speech analytics and the implementation of those programs.

Ian Linden is VP, Head of Product Management for Enterprise Bank in Lowell, MA. He is responsible for developing and managing bank products and programs in order to create convenience and value for Enterprise Bank�s customers and competitive advantages for Enterprise Bank. The scope of his responsibility includes products and programs for both deposits and loans impacting not only consumers but also small businesses.Prior to joining the company, Ian worked at TD Bank where he served in positions as Product Manager for Business Deposits and Product Manager for Small Business Lending.He holds a BS from California State Polytechnic University, in Pomona California, and an MBA from Babson College, in Wellesley Massachusetts.

Thom is responsible for establishing Voice of the Customer programs; development of customer insights to inform customer strategies; cultivating customer loyalty, and enhancing the overall delivery of the customer experience.� He is passionate about using customer feedback to add value and build customer loyalty.� In 2013, Thom helped provided key leadership in the development and implementation of the BMO Harris Bank�s Customer Feedback and Complaint Management program and launched a transaction based feedback program to learn more about new cardholder onboarding experiences.Thom�s 20 year career in Financial Service includes a number of positions spanning from Collections, Investment Advisor, Training Design and Facilitation, and Regional Banking Sales Management. Prior to joining Paymetric, Ramji was senior vice president and general manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group�s RBS WorldPay Card Services and ATM divisions. WorldPay is one of the largest payment transaction processors in the world and manages the largest off-premise ATM transaction processing businesses in North America.

Bethan Cowper is head of international marketing for Compass Plus, a Nottingham, U.K.-based provider of payment and retail banking software for payment service providers and financial institutions. Cowper has also worked in marketing positions for DiVersity Marketing and Cambridge University Press.
