Ms. Grathwohl has over 20 years experience in the payment processing industry.� She is a Vice President in Fifth Third Bank�s Payment and Commerce Solutions Division with responsibility for Fifth Third�s Debit Cards, Campus Cards, Prepaid Cards and Health Savings Accounts.�Ms. Grathwohl joined Fifth Third in 1990 as CFO for Fifth Third�s Processing Solutions Division which included three electronic funds transfer processing (EFT) businesses � Merchant Processing, Financial Institution Processing and Bank Card.� In 2001 she assumed Product Management responsibility.� She has managed a variety of products and projects, including implementation of the Bank�s first point of sale instant credit card pre-approval program, the launch of Access360 General Purpose Reloadable Prepaid Card and several system conversions.Before joining Fifth Third, Ms. Grathwohl was an Audit Manager at Cooper & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) CPA firm, where she was responsible for providing audit, tax and consulting services to a portfolio of middle market clients.�Ms. Grathwohl is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Accounting.

Kevin Jolly is the Director of Consumer Support Services and Quality Assurance for Encore Capital Group.� Consumer Support Services is responsible for the proper handling of all consumer non-collections related questions, specifically complaints, disputes, and inquiries.� Quality Assurance monitors calls and key production activities, identifying opportunities, and partnering with the business to drive evolution.� He has been with Encore for 8 years, serving in a variety of team leadership, operational, analytical, and process improvement roles.Kevin has a total of 18 years working in financial services, holding similar roles at Capital One Auto Finance, PeopleFirst.com, and FirstUSA Bank/BankOne.� He has a Bachelor�s of Science in Economics degree from The University of Pennsylvania.

Conor White is President of IdentityX and member of the Board of Directors of Daon Group. He brings to bear over 20 years of experience in innovation of cutting edge technologies in areas such as biometrics, smart cards, electronic payments, PKI, information security and e-business infrastructure.Conor joined Daon in 2001 as Chief Technology Officer. In this role Conor drove the company�s strategic technical direction and vision resulting in development of groundbreaking identity assurance solutions. Expansion of this critical arena led to formation of the Daon business division IdentityX, of which Conor was appointed to lead as president.Conor is a respected speaker at international biometric and human authentication conferences and also serves on various technology standards boards both in the U.S. and abroad. In addition, Conor is an accomplished technology inventor with 13 existing patents in the area of biometric authentication on smart, mobile devices. Conor�s leadership contributions were instrumental in another notable technology development: one of the world�s first open-standards-based multi-biometric authentication programs.Conor holds a B.S. in Computer Applications and an M.S. in Computer Science from Cork Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Before Shape, he conducted research at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. where he worked on cyber espionage, cyber conflict, and hacking amateur drones. He holds a degree in political science from Brown University. While at Brown, he helped develop Brown�s first course in cybersecurity and international relations.
