Glenn also worked in payment strategy for several years at JP Morgan, helping the firm optimize its payment-related assets.     Christian (Chris) Mand� is an eCommerce Channel Executive for ATM/ATM with Teller Assist�/Remote Video Specialists Channel Capability Planning and Design, where he is responsible for delivering key initiatives and strategic planning for self service capabilities.Mand� joined Bank of America in 1993 as a consumer banking management associate program at Barnett Bank in Jacksonville, FL.� He has held a variety of program management roles across Consumer & Small Business Banking including Home Loans & Insurance, Card Services and Banking Center Technology.� Mand� is a recognized leader of both Change Management and Technology Development teams in areas of hardware and systems integration, software development and business process design.Prior to stepping into his current role, Mand� served as Consumer Applications and Channels Technology Executive for Countrywide Transition responsible for the technology delivery of Deposit Products, Customer Information Systems, eCommerce and Telephony integration.�Mand� received a bachelor�s degree in economics from Rollins College and a master's in business administration from Georgia State University.� A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mand� and his wife Marion currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.�

    Hugh is responsible for the development and management of the Credit Sector and Solutions group at IXI. The Credit Sector helps clients leverage IXI’s proprietary data to identify cost effective and lucrative credit solutions across financial services including credit cards, mortgage, home equity, auto and consumer finance operations. Hugh is also responsible for the development and on-going management of partner relationships with credit industry leaders to test and analyze IXI’s proprietary data and provide IXI services to their clients. Prior to joining IXI, Hugh worked with eFunds Corporation as a Director of Major Accounts with responsibility for domestic and international business development for the company’s CitiGroup and American Express relationships. Previously, he was an account executive with Fair, Isaac and Company working with C-level executives in finance, information technology, and strategic sourcing. He also worked as a Global Account Leader with Acxiom Corporation and a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Consulting Group at Ernst & Young. Hugh has a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne (Australia), Post Graduate studies in finance from the New South Wales Institute of Technology (Australia), and is a Senior Associate, with the Australian Institute of Bankers.
