Mr. Barton has been CEO of 2nd Order Solutions, a credit risk advisory firm, for three years since he founded it. 2OS has created game changing Collections and Recovery improvements for clients across asset classes, in both the US and the UK. He has led numerous best practice assessments of credit risk practices. Prior to founding 2OS, he was CEO of Axiant, a US based Collections and Recovery firm. Prior to that, Mr. Barton ran Risk Operations for Capital One, where he was responsible for all aspects of Collections and Recoveries performance, including strategy, analytics, Operations management, systems, data infrastructure, and debt sales, and was one of twelve Senior Credit Officers in the company.He has a BA in Mathematics from Duke University and an MBA from Dartmouth College.

As VP at Regions Bank, Ken directs the activity of 250 personnel in Early Stage, Mid-Range, Late Stage and Remarketing for Overdraft, Business, Direct, Indirect and Equity portfolios, manages Loss budget and NIE, establishes strategic plans and objectives to reduce losses and expenses, interfaces with Compliance/Audit and internal support groups to ensure controls, policies and procedures are sound and adhered to, and performs loss forecasting and capacity planning.

Robert Berger is the Vice President of Collections at Navy Federal Credit Union and is currently responsible for overseeing Consumer Loans, Credit Cards and Recovery Collections.As the VP of Collections, Mr. Berger provides strategic and operational direction for the Collection Division. He has 20 years of experience with Navy Federal Credit Unions Credit and Consumer Lending Life Cycle and has leveraged his experience in evaluating and setting internal controls and processes.

Carlos has over 15 years working in several Fortune 500 companies applying six sigma, project management, and other tools to analyze and implement process and system changes that improve the bottom line. He has experience leading change in Manufacturing, Service, Information Technology, Call Center, and Collections industries. His current area of focus is the implementation of Revenue Recovery and Protection processes, policies, and data analytics with smart grid technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from F.I.U. He also holds an MBA from the University of Florida.
