Laura Mandel, Northern Trust

Northern Trust veteran Laura Mandel was promoted to president of the Northern Trust Co. of Delaware. In her new role, Mandel leads the regional bank's overall strategy and helps clients make use of the wealth transfer advantages that the state of Delaware offers. The 12-year veteran of Northern Trust previously served as senior fiduciary relationship manager. She succeeds Daniel Lindley who was appointed managing director of the company's Global Family & Private Investment Offices Group in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.

Timothy Mertz, Northern Trust

Timothy Mertz joined Northern Trust as a senior private banker and relationship manager in Washington, D.C. He leads a three-person banking team that provides clients with personalized deposit and credit solutions as well as commercial credit. Mertz was previously a wealth management team leader for PNC Bank in Bethesda, Md., a position he held for three years. Prior to that, he held managerial and banking roles at Bank of New York Mellon and Bank of America for more than 20 years.

Gailyn Johnson, U.S. Bank

Gailyn Johnson, a 23-year veteran of Wells Fargo, joined U.S Bank as chief operating officer of U.S. Bank Wealth Management. She leads technology, operations, and corporate shared services, working with all wealth management business lines to better serve clients and accelerate growth. Johnson previously served as senior managing director of Wells Fargo Advisor's Direct Financial Solutions, responsible for multi-channel investment services for mass affluent customers.

Preston Came, BNY Mellon

Preston Came joined BNY Mellon as a senior director in the firm's Naples, Fla., wealth management office. He works closely with a team of portfolio managers and wealth strategists to provide wealth and investment management advice to high-net-worth clients. Came was formerly a wealth strategist at Northern Trust, where he spent more than 11 years.

Julie Pully, BNY Mellon

She was previously at Northern Trust where she managed $700 million in assets as senior portfolio manager for eight years. Prior to that, Pully worked for two years as a client advisor with the private wealth management group of Mercantile Safe-Deposit and Trust in Baltimore.
