
Best Pay for the $200,000 Producer
The total is calculated from the firm's cash grid in addition to year-end and deferred awards available. A number of special policies are not included in the calculation because they do not affect 100% of the population evenly and therefore are more haphazard to compare. Individual results can vary dramatically based on the mix of business and policies at each firm.
