Stan Posluszny, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Stan Posluszny joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a wealth director in the firm's Tampa office. He works with high-net-worth clients throughout Florida.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Posluszny was a regional vice president for the Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America where he led efforts to support clients' wealth planning needs. Prior to that, he served as a regional marketing director for the Hartford Financial Services.

Lawrence Parente, Union Bank

Lawrence Parente joined Union Bank as a private wealth adviser in San Francisco. He was previously with Jackson Square Financial, an RIA firm in San Francisco, where he was a senior wealth manager. Parente also served as a principal and senior wealth adviser with Bessemer Trust, as a senior trust specialist at Merrill Lynch, and as senior trust officer at Bank of America's private bank.

Dominique Ladomato, U.S. Bank

Dominique Ladomato joined the Private Wealth Management unit of U.S. Bank as a trust officer in Scottsdale, Arizona. She provides high-net-worth individuals and families with day-to-day management of trusts and estates. She also advises on accounts for corporations and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Ladomato was an associate attorney with The Cavanagh Law Firm.

Fred Beilstein, M&T Bank

Fred Beilstein joined M&T Bank's Wilmington Trust wealth advisory office in Atlanta, Georgia, as a senior private client adviser. He provides wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients, including families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and foundations and endowments.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Beilstein was a partner at Equicorp Partners, where he led the firm's efforts for sourcing and structuring private investments while actively engaging in the firm's financial and operational advisory services.
