For bank advisors looking to advance their careers, there’s no better news than a promotion or a new job offer. Here's the latest batch of bank reps who moved to new organizations or assumed roles of greater responsibility.
Darin Drennan, Arvest Bank

Darin Drennan, Arvest Bank

Darin Drennan, a former financial advisor with United Federal Credit Union, joined Arvest Bank's wealth management group as regional investment officer in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He works with high-net-worth clients in Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma on asset allocation, risk management, diversification and legacy planning.

Lisa Marcus, Northern Trust

Lisa Marcus joined Northern Trust as a senior wealth strategist. She is responsible for building and developing investment and trust relationships with individuals, families and foundations, with a particular focus on the ultrahigh-net-worth market in Greater New York and Florida.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Marcus was with the Fiduciary Trust Company International for seven years as managing director and business development officer. She was responsible for providing intergenerational wealth services and addressing wealth and investment needs for global entrepreneurial and philanthropic families.
Harold Rhee, Union Bank

Harold Rhee, Union Bank

Harold Rhee, a former sales manager and coach with Fidelity Investments, joined Union Bank's wealth markets team in San Francisco as a wealth management consultant. In the newly created role, Rhee works with a group of private wealth advisors, private bankers and financial advisors to enhance customization of advisory services and financial products to affluent and ultrahigh-net-worth clients.

While at Fidelity, Rhee was a regional planning consultant, a role that involved coaching, training and supporting local sales representatives.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Elliott was an investment manager with Wells Fargo in Scottsdale, Arizona, and an investment associate with Merrill Lynch.
