Rob Comfort will lead sales operations and develop CUNA's network of 400 advisors working at more than 250 credit unions nationwide.

Rob Comfort, CUNA Brokerage Services

Rob Comfort, once the overseer of LPL's broker-dealer services to banks and credit unions, joined CUNA Brokerage Services as president. He leads the firm's sales operations and is responsible for developing CUNA's network of 400 advisors spread throughout 250 credit unions nationwide.

While at LPL, Comfort guided strategy for the company's business consulting team and managed partnerships with banks and credit unions. He parted ways with LPL in April.

Kent Grubaugh will oversee the private banking and investment management services Umpqua Bank offers to the high-net-worth.

Kent Grubaugh, a former region manager for City National Bank's private banking group, now leads Umpqua Bank's wealth management division. As head of the division, Grubaugh oversees the private banking and investment management services Umpqua offers to high-net-worth individuals and families, professional services firms and select non-profit organizations.

Daniel Wani, market leader for U.S. Bank's Private Wealth Management unit, commands a team of 18 wealth management professionals in Arizona and Nevada.

Daniel Wani, a managing director of trust and wealth planning in U.S. Bank's Private Wealth Management unit, was promoted to a new position leading the business in Arizona and Nevada. He commands a team of 18 wealth management professionals providing a range of services to high-net-worth clients in both states.

Kevin Weeks was named head of global sales for U.S. Bank's corporate and institutional trust services division.

Kevin Weeks, U.S. Bank

Kevin Weeks, a former Deutsche Bank executive, moved to U.S. Bank to lead global sales for the corporate trust and institutional trust services division. He oversees a team of corporate trust and custody development professionals in the United States and Europe.

While at Deutsche Bank, Weeks served in a variety of roles, including head of Issuer Services and global head of sales for Institutional Cash and Securities Services. He was with Deutsche Bank for 15 years.

Sharon Klein, Wilmington Trust

Sharon Klein, Wilmington Trust's former president of the New York City market, was elevated to president of the firm's Tri-State region, which includes Greater New York, Connecticut, Long Island and Northern New Jersey. She took over the role from Larry Gore, who was promoted to co-manager of the firm's wealth advisory business in the U.S. last year.

Matthew Panarese, Wilmington Trust

Matthew Panarese, Wilmington Trust's Philadelphia regional president, was promoted to president of the mid-Atlantic region, overseeing wealth management services in Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. He replaces Tim Gillespie who was promoted to a role leading wealth advisory services in California, Florida, Georgia and other national markets.
