1492 Capital Management is jumpstarting its mutual fund business with the addition of Michael Micciche as vice president of sales, responsible for developing the sales strategy across market segments and investors.
Previously, Micciche was with Foreside Financial in Boston where he was responsible for sales and marketing of mutual funds and ETFs to the fee only Registered Investment Advisor marketplace.
“We value the experience he brings in marketing and business development and he will lead the charge of our newly launched mutual fund family,” stated Tim Stracka, director of institutional sales.
The firm currently offers the 1492 Small Cap Value Fund and 1492 Small Cap Growth.
Joe Frohna and Stracka launched 1492 three years ago.
