Vincent Leon has joined 3D Asset Management as a National Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing the firm’s sales and marketing efforts to the wirehouse, RIA, retirement/DCIO and sub-advisory channels, Money Management Executive has learned.
Leon previously served as head of retail sales and distribution for Mirae Asset Management before leaving in April. Leon told MME that he joined 3-D Asset to help the firm grow its sales and distribution efforts on different investment platforms. “We will be looking to hire five wholesalers to fill the hybrid service model” of being based in the firm’s home office in East Hartford, Connecticut while traveling to different locales to meet their clients, said Leon.
He also said the firm is looking to launch its Retire in 3D product in Q4 whereby the firm will partner up with exchange-traded fund providers to offer 401(k) services to the retirement space.
