Bankers Trust Plans International Fund

Bankers Trust Company of New York will introduce the BT Pyramid International Developed Markets Fund in June for its retirement plan customers. The fund will invest in developed markets outside of the U.S.

Plan sponsors are increasingly interested in offering employees international funds that separate emerging and developed countries, said Virginia Sirusas, managing director of institutional sales at Bankers Trust.

The fund will use fundamental research as well as quantitative screens to select stocks, said Michael Levy, who will manage the fund along with Rob Reiner.
