The portal provides access to several ETF tools designed to help sponsors, authorized participants, and administrators/custodians manage ETF operations all under one virtual roof.

Tools include recently launched AP Exchange (APEX), a web platform launched in April that gives authorized participants the ability to submit creation/redemption orders via the web.

"We wanted to create a tailored, product-specific web interface for our clients with ETF Connect," said Shawn McNinch, global head of the firm’s ETF services. "We're providing a central place for clients to help them run their businesses."

McNinch also highlighted the ability of ETF Connect and APEX to account for conditions specific to global markets for those clients looking to distribute products globally.

"Connect and APEX are global in nature, so they can assist in a consistent process around the globe,” he said.
