Citi Private Bank is snagging talent from its rivals to bolster its ultra-high-net-worth advisory business in Dallas and San Francisco.
In Dallas, it nabbed two senior private bankers and an analyst from J.P. Morgan Private Bank to serve the super wealthy. Paul Cooke and Jake Trousdaleboth former vice presidents with J.P. Morganjoined the Dallas team as directors and ultra-high-net-worth private bankers. Sara Doutt, formerly an analyst at J.P. Morgan, joined as a vice president and associate.
In San Francisco, Citi Private Bank lured two industry veterans from Abbot Downing. William Epperson Giles and Steve Beverage joined the firms Northern California team as ultra-high-net-worth private bankers. Giles joined Citi as a managing director, while Beverage joined as a director.
Giles worked for Abbott Downing for more than two decades, most recently as senior vice president, family wealth advisor and director leading a team focused on advising the banks largest family relationships. Beverage was most recently a vice president where he managed a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
