Clark Capital’s Founder Promotes His Son

Brendan Clark has been named president of Clark Capital Management Group, taking over for his father, Harry Clark, who founded the firm and will continue as chairman and chief executive officer.

In his new role, the younger Clark will take a more prominent position in executing the overall strategy of the firm. He previously served as the firm’s executive vice president of business development, a position he held since 2010. He continues to report to Harry Clark.

“As an investment consultant and as head of business development, Brendan has been a strong force in the firm’s growth from $1 billion to $3 billion,” stated the elder Clark. “As president, his goal will be to continue the 40% per annum growth achieved over the past three years.“

Clark Capital was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Philadelphia.
