Deutsche Adds To Institutional Team

Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM) has named Heidi Walker managing director and head of client services for the Americas. Walker, who will be based in New York, will report to Richard Goldman, DeAM's head of Americas institutional business.

Walker was most recently with Zewig-DiMenna Associates, a financial services firm, where she served as director of client and marketing services. She previously served as director of institutional global client service for Citigroup Asset Management. In that role, Walker implemented a client service model that spanned six regions and covered 4,000 clients.

"I am extremely pleased that Heidi has joined DeAM's institutional team," Goldman said in a statement. "Heidi brings a wealth of experience to our organization, which further reinforces our commitment to providing strong, rewarding relationships [to] our institutional clients."

Deutsche Asset Management currently holds approximately $800 billion in assets under management worldwide.
