The Altman Group, an affiliate of American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, has rebranded to AST Fund Solutions, LLC and formally launched its new brand at the 2012 Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference held this week in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Paul Torre, Executive Vice President of The Altman Group, will continue in the same position at AST Fund Solutions. Torre noted that the rebranding “conveys our broader scope of services and extended reach throughout the market for mutual fund and closed-end fund services.”
AST Fund Solutions currently offers a suite of services including: proxy services for open and closed-end funds, regulatory mailing services, shareholder identification, proxy voting analytics and governance consulting.
American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC and its affiliates in the Link Group network are providers of registry services and technology to financial market participants in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, India, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
