Equity Funds Shed $951 Million

Investors suctioned $951 million from stock funds for the week ending last Wednesday, according to research done by the firm TrimTabs.com.

One week after equity funds pulled in $1.5 billion, the losses accumulated for both domestic and international stock categories. Domestic stock funds bled $710 million and international funds shed $241 million.

Trim Tabs takes 90 mutual fund families that possess about 15% of fund assets and creates an estimate of flows for all funds.
