Evergreen Investments, the asset management arm of Wachovia Corp., has redesigned its Web site in an effort to simplify its navigation as well as to integrate the firm's new brand message, "Investments that stand the test of time."
"Evergreen Investments and the entire asset management industry have become focused on information delivery to investors via the Internet," said Ruth Papazian, chief marketing officer for Evergreen. "To navigate through the clutter, we have redesigned our Web site and improved the site viewer experience through a streamlined information layout."
The site's homepage now has a masthead that divides the site by business line. Investors can choose to click on one of the firm's six areas of business: individual investors, institutional investors, institutional money market investors, retirement center, financial advisers and offshore advisers.
Each business section includes timely information about Evergreen's products and services, and now features a market summary chart and links to fund information and account access.
