Executive Moves

Tritt Promoted to EVP At DST Systems

Robert Tritt has been promoted to executive vice president of U.S. investment recordkeeping solutions at DST Systems, reporting to Stephen Hooley, president and chief operating officer. He was also recently appointed to the board of directors for Boston Financial Data Services, a joint venture between DST and State Street Corp.

Tritt now assumes responsibility for DST's full-service transfer agency operations. He will continue, however, to lead DST's businesses that provide application service provider (ASP) services to mutual fund operations, including TA200, which powers DST's transfer agency and sub-accounting businesses, as well as TRAC, DST's defined contribution platform.

In addition, Jonathan Boehm, who previously served as group vice president over DST's full service operations, is now EVP of DST, responsibly for subsidiaries DST Health Solutions and Argus Health Systems.

"As our clients' outsourcing requirements evolve, DST is prepared to handle a variety of dynamic recordkeeping scenarios," Hooley said. "By bringing both ASP and full-service operations under the single leadership of Bob Tritt, we build upon our reputation for efficiently meeting our clients' changing needs."

Tritt said, "The value of DST's investment recordkeeping solutions has always been predicated on our hands-on experience. The combination of these two business units will result in an even closer collaboration between developers and the operations staff they support."
