Fund.com Appoints Webster as President

Fund.com Inc. has named Gregory Webster as president.

Webster has more than 20 years of experience in the wealth management and securities business, including a term as president and CEO of the North American retail brokerage and wealth management divisions of the bank HSBC PLC.

His appointment as president follows the January appointment of Ray Lang as CEO.

"Fund.com shareholders will benefit from Greg's deep asset management experience and his accumulated professional knowledge about all aspects of funds and fund management," Lang said. "With Greg's contributions, Fund.com will establish itself as the authoritative online source for information about the growing complex fund management sector."

In his new role, Webster will oversee product development, licensing deals, acquisitions and partnerships, as well as the overall business development of Fund.com.

Integrity Appoints Wells Interim CEO

Integrity Mutual Funds Inc. announced that Bradley Wells will serve as interim president and CEO, following the resignation of Mark Anderson.

Wells has been on Integrity's senior management team since 2001 as a senior vice president and director of retail administration.

Under his direction, Capital Financial Services grew by 50% in 2007 to one of the top 50 broker/dealers in the country by representative count.

Wells is a registered representative, registered securities principal and a registered investment advisor. He has been in the financial industry for more than 20 years.

Integrity is a mutual fund and financial services company.

Geode Cap Names Perry VP

Geode Capital Management LLC has named Patrick Perry as vice president of investor relations. He will report to Daniel Ludwig, CFA and senior vice president.

Perry, 41, will be responsible for promoting traditional strategies directly to institutional plans sponsors and consultants, focusing on the Midwestern and Western U.S.

Prior to joining Geode, Perry was director of BlackRock Inc.'s alternative and wealth management team. Before that, he was managing and national director of event-driven strategies at JonesTrading Institutional Services.

He has a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Janus Appoints Three to Board

Janus Capital Group Inc. has announced the appointments of three investment management executives to its board of directors.

Timothy Armour, Jeffrey Diermeier and Lawrence Kochard will expand Janus' board to 14 directors, 12 of whom are independent.

Armour recently retired as managing director of Morningstar after 10 years with the company. He previously served in executive roles at Stein Roe & Farnham's mutual funds division, Citibank's retail bank division and General Foods Corporation. After a tour of duty in the Navy, Armour earned his MBA in marketing and international business from Columbia University.

Diermeier is the president and CEO of the global, non-profit CFA Institute, an association of investment professionals. Before that, he spent 29 years with UBS Global Asset Management. He earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
