Lundquist Chosen as Head Of JPMorgan RIA Channel

JPMorgan Funds recently tapped Steve Lundquist as head of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) Channel. This title assigns Lundquist to oversee the sales and national accounts teams and to manage the business strategy of the institutional advisor group.

Lundquist has a strong managerial background in mutual funds, separately managed accounts and other strategies within the firm. Prior to joining JPMorgan in 2001, Lundquist worked for Fidelity Investments and Fortis Financial Group.

Lundquist received his B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College and his MBA from University of St. Thomas. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst title.

Wall St. Access Appoints Two Fixed Income Execs

Wall St. Access has hired two executives in its fixed income division. Robert L. Miniutti now becomes vice president, fixed income sales, and Keith May, vice president of trading. Both join the company from equity trading firm Jefferies & Company, Inc. At Jefferies, Miniutti was vice president of fixed income/institutional sales, and May was senior fixed income trader.

In Miniutti's new position as vice president fixed income sales, he will sell U.S. Treasuries, U.S. agencies and corporate bonds. Miniutti has an extensive background in fixed income sales and trading, with 15 years of experience with top financial firms such as Mellon Investor Services, Cowen and Gruntal. Miniutti has the NASD license 7 and 63.

In his new position, May will trade short-term corporate bonds. May has a rich background in short-end trading, with 25 years of experience with firms such as FTN Financial Securities, GKN Securities, Spear, Leeds & Kellogg and Ami Vest Capital Management. May holds the NASD license 6, 7, 77, and 63.

Wall St. Access is an independent institutional brokerage, research, wealth management and fixed income firm.

W.J. Bradley Names Browning Chief Financier

After an extensive search, W.J. Bradley has selected Roy Browning as chief financial officer. In taking on this new position, Browning will be relocating to Denver from his current home in Birmingham.

"We are very excited to add Roy as a member of our executive leadership team," said company CEO William Bradley. "His strong financial background, track record of operational success and history of creating value for some of the industry leaders make him an important addition to the company."

Most recently, Browning served as EVP and chief financial officer at Collateral Real Estate Capital, and before that, he held the identical titles at Aurora Loan Services, LLC.

W.J. Bradley formed in 1991 and focuses its efforts on acquisitions in the residential mortgage banking industry. In 2007 the companies controlled by W.J. Bradley Company Merchant Partners closed approximately $3 billion in total.

Schroders Portfolio Unit Welcomes Rami Sidani

Schroders officially named Rami Sidani as its head of Middle East and North Africa portfolio management.

In this new role, Sidani will co-manage the Schroder ISF Middle East Fund, which holds assets of approximately $592 million. He looks forward to his new position and relationship with Schroders, calling the move "a great opportunity."

"Rami is a terrific addition to the team," said Allan Conway, Schroders' head of emerging market equities.

Previously, Sidani worked at SHUAA Capital where he helped manage over $1 billion in equities throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
