Fidelity Charitable Offers Asset Allocation Selection to Investors

Fidelity Charitable has created an array of seven investment options offering diversification across asset classes and risk. In addition, Fidelity Charitable has created an online tool to help investors make investment decisions.

The investment pools use the Fidelity Asset Manager Funds as their underlying investments.

In addition to the asset allocation options, Fidelity Charitable is also offering three new single-asset investment pools covering U.S. equity, international equity and fixed income.

“Donors and their advisers are increasingly looking for diversification and simple ways to meet their philanthropic investment goals,” said Sarah Libbey, president of Fidelity Charitable. “We believe that appropriate asset allocation is the most important step to ensure one’s investment objective is met over time, and we’re excited to leverage Fidelity’s leading expertise in this area.”

She added: “Just as investors evaluate their investment portfolios to ensure they remain on-target to meet their savings goals, donors can make the most of their charitable contributions by investing them according to how and when they plan to grant them.”
