Gemini Makes Exec Appointments, Unveils New Digs

Gemini Fund Services has promoted Andrew Rogers to chief executive officer and Kevin Wolf to president. The promotions became effective in the second quarter.

Rogers, who previously served as president, will continue to lead the company, with a major focus of his efforts on new business development. Wolf, who previously served as executive vice president, will oversee Gemini's operations in the areas of fund accounting, fund administration, legal administration, tax and compliance, technology and transfer agency.

Gemini is also relocating its offices in Hauppauge, N.Y., and Omaha, Neb., to 80 Arkay Drive in Hauppauge as of October 1, housing subsidiaries Northern Lights Compliance Services and Gemcom. Also, effective August 1, Northern Lights Distributors and Gemini's transfer agency department will move to 17605 Wright Street in Omaha.
