Henderson Says Sayonara to Two Funds

Henderson Global Investors is liquidating two international equity funds in December.

According to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the firm is shelving the $8.25 million Henderson International All Cap Equity Fund and the $22.8 million Henderson Japan Focus Fund on December 28. The All Cap fund is managed by Yu-Jen Shih and Brian O’Neill and the Japan fund is managed by Michael Martin.

Henderson Global Investors is wholly-owned by Henderson Group plc, an international investment shop.
