Prudential Investments of Newark, N.J. has named Lynn Waldvogel as executive vice president and head of marketing. In this role, Waldvogel will oversee brand development, advertising, product marketing, consumer and shareholder marketing, creative services and market research. Waldvogel joins Prudential from PaineWebber of New York, where she served as director of marketing communications.

John Grady has been named vice president and treasurer, at Nvest, L.P. of Boston. His responsibilities include cash management, risk management and bank and long-term lender relations. Grady previously worked in Nvest's mergers and acquisitions department as a corporate development officer.

The Badgley Funds of Seattle has named Graham S. Anderson its new director. Anderson is the former president, chairman and chief executive officer of Pettit-Morry Co. of Seattle, an insurance brokerage. He is currently a director at the U.S. Ski Hall of Fame. The Badgley fund family includes two funds, the Badgley Growth Fund and the Badgley Balanced Fund.
