Mark Rayford has been named chief operating officer of ProFund Advisors of Bethesda, Md., the investment adviser to the ProFunds family of mutual funds. Most recently, Rayford was director for operations and shareholder services for Frank Russell Investment Management of Tacoma, Wash., and was previously president of T. Rowe Price Services of Baltimore.
