Neuberger Berman of New York has hired three new vice presidents who will work in the firm's high-net-worth services business, the firm announced last week.

Debbe Gregory-Sugrue will be regional vice president and Mark A. Stancil and Matthew J. Hudgins were named vice presidents. They will be responsible for marketing the firm's discretionary asset management, estate and trust planning business for high-net-worth individuals, businesses and charitable organizations.

All three formerly worked for SunTrust Bank of Atlanta in the bank's trust and investment services division.

The Dreyfus Corporation of New York, a subsidiary of the Mellon Financial Corporation of Pittsburgh, Pa., has named Jude C. Metcalfe president and CEO of its retirement services.

Metcalfe will also managed Buck Consultants' administrative services group. Buck Consultants is a subsidiary of Mellon Financial and provides outsourcing and administrative services for Dreyfus' benefit and defined contribution services.

Metcalfe comes from Fidelity Management and Research of Boston where he was a senior vice president and head of the firm's retirement plan services.

FOLIOfn has named John T. Paolucci as its chief information officer.

Paolucci will be responsible for the firm's information systems organization and the development of new products for the firm.

Paolucci was formerly the chief information officer for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, a real estate fund management and services firm. Prior to that he was a senior vice president of Fidelity Investments of Boston where he was in charge of developing and implementing the firm's securities processing group.
