Jackson National Life Insurance Co. has created a variable annuity portfolio construction tool for advisers. It guides them in selecting sub-accounts for each client, thereby customizing retirement income solutions.

The tool aggregates historical performance information, subaccount analytics and educational materials on a single platform. It enables advisers to screen investment options by asset class, portfolio manager, investment style, expenses and performance. If advisers want further information, there are links to additional educational and marketing materials, such as fact sheets, brochures and videos.

With this information in hand, advisers can then create customized proposals for each client.
