First Trust Advisors has selected JPMorgan to sponsor 21 exchange-traded funds it is listing on the Mexican stock exchange, Bolsa Mexicana de Valores.
JPMorgan’s depositary receipts business is servicing the ETFs and will handle all corporate actions.
“Given the firm’s relevant experience and expertise in the ETF space, JPMorgan was the clear choice for servicing these ETFs,” said Ron McAlister, managing director at First Trust. “First Trust believes that our relationship with JPMorgan will bring better service and pricing to this expanding marketplace.”
The 21 new ETFs include the First Trust ISE Revere Natural Gas Index Fund, First Trust Dow Jones Select MicroCap Index Fund, First Trust Arca Biotechnology Index Fund and First Trust Morningstar Dividend Leaders Index Fund.
