Expect improvements in kasina's productivity benchmarking and advisor insights services with the hire of a new product manager.
Bob Fenster will lead kasina's efforts to grow kasina's benchmarking offerings, which help clients track the performance of wholesalers, national accounts teams and digital initiatives relative to competitors.
Prior to kasina, Fenster acted as managing director of New York Life Investment Management, directing strategy and solutions within the investments technology department. He has also held positions as vice president and chief information officer of New York Life Asset Management, and vice president in charge of operations and client services, including new business processing, systems, accounting, and sales in the pension department.
"We wanted to add an executive that has a deep understanding of the changing industry landscape," said chief executive officer Steven Miyao in a company press release. "Bob will be responsible for growing our benchmarking offering and presenting them in a digital and interactive interface, ensuring that our clients get the most timely and relevant data."
